Overview

At Idroplast Manufacturing Limited, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our return, refund, and cancellation policies are designed to make your shopping experience as smooth and fair as possible.

Returns: Customers can request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery or pickup. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain custom-made items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds: Once the returned item is inspected, refunds will be processed within 15 business days. Items must be in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.

Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After processing or delivery, cancellations are not possible, but returns can be made under our return policy.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos and descriptions. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.

Water Tanks: Our water tanks come with a 15-year warranty against manufacturing defects, provided they are installed on a flat and level surface.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

 

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • If the item is returned in a damaged or non-resalable condition, The refund is not applicable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery or pickup.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Certain items (e.g.,bespoke water tanks, including those with custom fitting holes or other tailored specifications) may not be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@idroplastmalta.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

Once an order has been processed or delivered, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return it following our return policy.

 

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or repair, or we can issue a full refund.

Important Notes About Water Tanks

• All water tanks must be installed on a flat and level surface to ensure proper functionality and longevity.
• Our water tanks carry a 15-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• If a water tank is not installed on a flat and level surface, the warranty will not be valid.
